PR/Communications Scholarship
The PR/Communications Scholarship rewards students for what they know about public relations and communications. Administered by the Common Knowledge Scholarship Foundation at www.cksf.org, students are quizzed on information from core courses associated with the public relations/communications curriculum and then challenged to apply their knowledge to a real world scenario.
National Nursing Team Scholarship
The National Nursing Team Scholarship rewards students for their knowledge of core college courses associated with the nursing curriculum. Students are quizzed on information taught in traditional nursing classes and earn a score based on time and accuracy. Individual student scores are added together to determine a school’s overall score. Four students from the highest scoring school in each state advance to the Championship Round. After each team member takes the Championship Round quiz, scores are tallied and the highest scoring team in the country receives scholarships.
NSU IQ Scholarship
The NSU IQ Scholarship at www.cksf.org rewards students for demonstrating what they know about Nova Southeastern University (NSU). Administered by NSU alumni, students, and employees, the competition quizzes students on interesting facts about the university.
Miami Dolphins Common Knowledge Scholarship
The Miami Dolphins Common Knowledge Scholarship rewards students for their knowledge of the football team. Administered by the Common Knowledge Scholarship Foundation at www.cksf.org, students are quizzed on information found on the Miami Dolphins web site, www.miamidolphins.com including fun facts about the team’s history, statistics, and players.
Future Teachers FBI-SOS Scholarship
A Common Knowledge Scholarship Foundation scholarship for college education majors that tests their knowledge of the FBI-SOS (Safe Online Surfing) program www.fbi-sos.org.
