Quiz Details
Participants register with the Common Knowledge Scholarship Foundation and compete for scholarships by taking a series of online multiple-choice quizzes at the CKSF web site, www.cksf.org. The Financial Literacy Challenge Round consists of two quizzes that cover various financial literacy topics found on www.knowmoremoney.org. The high scorer from the Challenge Round receives a scholarship from the University of Florida Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) student team.
Team Component
Based on the results from the Financial Literacy Challenge Round, the top scoring school team from each county advances to the State Championship. (A school’s team score is the cumulative total of the top 20 student scores). The top five students from each school are then advanced to the National Championship. Each student on the team that wins the National Championship receives a scholarship to the college or university of their choice.
could the scholarship be used for any college or just Florida University?
Common Knowledge Scholarships can be used at the post secondary school of your choice.
There are some very specific scholarships offered by CKSF in which the award is for a specific school but it would be spelled out very clearly.
Good Luck,
